Propagation Plan - Gold Coast
On-going scheduling of one introductory event each month, supported by one or two learning more events each month.
Very pleasant, central, good quality venue is used for the majority of events
Introductory events are supported by MC announcements, brochures and invitation cards which are in place two weeks prior to the scheduled event. The information table displays all appropriate materials including the MOL. The appropriate MC scripts are used; people doing this service have completed workshops with an instructor.
Events are managed well and all staff cooperate to present a high quality event; good sychronisation prevails within the teams.
GAT (might mean Guest Assistence Training) has recently been conducted for all people involved in local events
Light refreshments are served after the introductory events - this remains a positive, pleasant but low key aspect
Gift packs have been prepared and will be available at the next introductory event.
KIT: (Knowledge Introduction Training)Gold Coast people have been invited to participate in a proposed KIT in Brisbane, mid March
Material resources: Very high quality presentation with appropriate materials according to the type of event
Introductory RIL (Recorded Information Line) is maintained
Website: the local details are maintained monthly
An ongoing Preparing for Knowledge (PPRkffft) program is conducted through the scheduling of regular aspirant video events.
An upcoming meeting is planned with an instructor in the near future for the aspirants
There is a confidence among the attendees at events that the current introductory programs are of a quality that people are comfortable to invite guests to the appropriate events. On this basis, we are committed to maintaining and improving the quality of all aspects of the events
